摘要

Abstract

In order to reduce the surface roughness value of traditional fast wire cutting machine,a new composite wire conveying process is adopted for it.By analyzing the effect of EDM grinding formed by rapid rotation+linear wire conveying,the unilateral loss of molybdenum wire is changed into circumferential loss,and the effect of molybdenum wire offset compensation is reduced.Due to the use of the electric grinding process,the chip removal conditions in the processing are improved,and the re-versing stripes on the workpiece surface are eliminated.The test results show that the composite wire handling can significantly improve the machining accuracy and reduce the surface roughness.
