Abstract
In view of the high cost of existing 3D scanners and the difficulty of measuring small parts,a 3D reconstruction system of small parts based on single-line laser is proposed.The composition of the system and the principle of scanning measurement are determined.The experimental platform is built,and the system is calibrated with standard parts to improve the measurement accu-racy.In this system,a programmable logic controller is used to control three high-precision motors to satisfy the three degrees of freedom of the measurement system,so as to realize the measurement of the surface profile of the parts.The point cloud data col-lected is processed by the host computer to complete the 3D reconstruction.The experimental results show that the designed sys-tem can obtain high quality 3D models of the part at a lower cost.关键词
