Optimization method of mechanical product design scheme for remanufacturability
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the problem that remanufacturability is difficult to characterize in the design process of mechanical products,the remanufacturability was analyzed from different life cycle stages of mechanical products,and the important factors affecting re-manufacturability in new product design were extracted,and on this basis,the remanufacurtability in new products was quantified by time as the value driven.At the same time,a mechanical product design optimization model considering remanufacturability was established with performance as the constraint and manufacturing cost and remanufacturability as the goal.In addition,a radial multi-modal importance sampling method was used to improve the search efficiency of the algorithm,and the MOPSO algorithm was used to generate an optimal scheme.Finally,taking the rotor system of centrifugal compressor as an example,the effectiveness and guiding role of the model and method in the design were proved.关键词
