基于log-SAM改进Autogram的滚动轴承故障诊断

Abstract
The envelope result of unbiased autocorrelation analysis of Autogram is easily polluted by the strong noises,thus rolling bearing faults cannot be diagnosed by Autogram effectively.Aiming at the problems,the processing flow of the original Autogram is changed,and unbiased autocorrelation analysis is replaced by log-SAM,thus an improved Autogram is proposed.Firstly,the measured fault signal of rolling bearing is decomposed by Maximal Overlap Discrete Wavelet Packet Transform(MODWPT),and a series of signals can be got at each decomposition level.Secondly,spectrum kurtosis of the above signals can be computed,and the sub-signal corresponding to the maximum kurtosis is selected as the data source.Finally,the data source is processed by the threshold value,and then envelope analysis is executed by log-SAM,and the unbiased autocorrelation analysis is replaced,and thus the best fault diagnosis result can be got.Experiments on simulated and measured fault signals of rolling bearing inner race show that the improved Autogram algorithm has good denoising ability and diagnosis effect and other performs better than Auto-gram and another traditional methods.关键词
