乡村社区教育赋能新乡贤的价值实现
The Value Realization of Rural Community Education Empowering Elites of the Village
摘要
Abstract
Elites of the village are important participants in rural governance,and rural community education is an important content and mean of ru-ral governance.Both of them have consistent goals and overlapping roles and functions,collaborating and promoting each other in the process of rural gov-ernance.This provides necessity and feasibility for rural community education to empower elites of the village.Based on the various difficulties faced by elites of the village in the rural governance practice,studies are carried out from three aspects:improving the efficiency of governance resource supply,op-timizing participation in rural governance models,and improving relationships with other governance entities.Rural community education can empower elites of the village to realize their values by integrating resource platforms,carrying out various education activities,and playing an organizational and co-ordinating role,to enhance the governance capacity of elites of the village,with the hope to provide new ideas for elites of the village to better serve rural governance.关键词
