基于乡村振兴的高素质农民培育政策支持体系研究
Research on the Policy Support System for Cultivating High-quality Farmers Based on Rural Revitalization

Abstract
In order to promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,rural areas are still faced with many challenges in the process of development.The cultivation of high-quality farmers is an important part of the construction of rural talent teams,and it can also greatly promote the de-velopment of rural economy,resulting in a significant improvement in the income level of farmers.However,there are still many problems in the specific cultivation process,such as insufficient government funding,disconnection between cultivation content and production and life,and inadequate manage-ment mechanisms for farmers'training.Therefore,only by solving these problems well can we maximize the promotion of the cultivation of high-quality farmers.Based on this,this article first elaborates on the connotation and significance of cultivating high-quality farmers,analyzes the problems and rea-sons in the process of cultivating high-quality farmers,and finally proposes corresponding policy support system construction countermeasures,in order to provide reference for promoting the cultivation of high-quality farmers.关键词
