一种石墨胶凝式水分传感器探头的电阻率试验研究
Experimental Study on Resistivity of a Graphite Gelled Moisture Sensor Probe

Abstract
Accurate detection of soil moisture is the key to realize intelligent irrigation.The resistivity of probe material is related to the detection accuracy of moisture sensor.Therefore,an experimental study on the resistivity of a graphite gelling-type moisture sensor probe is carried out to analyze the change of resistivity of different graphite content under wet and dry conditions to obtain the optimal ratio of graphite content probe.The results show that the resistivity of the graphite cementitious composite probe is related to its cement base and graphite ratio,with the increase of graphite mass fraction,the resistance both first gradually decreases,and then becomes stable after 15%graphite mass fraction;the resistivity of the probe material is negatively correlated with the applied test voltage,the higher the test voltage is,the lower its value is,and the more prominent it is when the graphite mass fraction is low;it is feasible to detect the resistivity of the graphite composite gelled probe material by the apparent resistivity method of the two electrode method.关键词
