Statics Analysis and Application of Pusher Blade

Abstract
At present,the force analysis of the domestic industry is still in the initial stage,the lack of a more systematic and practical calculation method.The design,strength analysis and work efficiency calculation of the pusher blade are more complex,generally professional CFD and FLUENT6.0 software should be used for digital simulation and analysis,which is difficult for some small and medium-sized enterprises,so a simple and quick calculation method is proposed which can be used in the design and manufacture of the impeller blade.According to the force calculation method of aircraft propeller,the force analysis and calculation of the propeller blade are carried out and the optimization design is applied.The method of force calculation of aircraft propeller blade is to divide the propeller blade into several sections,and then the force on each section of blade can be calculated by using numerical method.The working principle of the impeller of the thruster is the same as that of the aircraft propeller.The force of the blade can be calculated by using the same calculation method.The strength of the blade can be checked by using the finite element analysis,so as to quickly judge whether the blade is safe and how to improve the strength of the blade.The axial force acting on the blade obtained by this method can also be used to calculate the velocity of the fluid,so as to quantitatively analyze the effect of the impeller of the thruster,shorten the design and trial production process of the thruster blade,and save manpower and material resources.关键词
