Abstract
Internet Data Center(IDC)has extremely high requirements for power supply reliability and continuity,and is equipped with a triple power supply guarantee of municipal electricity,diesel generators,and UPS uninterrupted power supply.When the mains power supply fails,it needs to be switched to a diesel generator/UPS for power supply.Due to the need for rigorous judgment of the operating conditions before switching the backup power supply,the switching process involves multiple operating procedures,and high requirements for switching speed,relying on manual operation by operation and maintenance personnel is difficult and prone to errors.A fully automated and intelligent IDC power switching and load automatic switching system is needed.A solution is proposed for IDC intelligent control system that utilizes distributed microcomputer relay protection devices and RSTP network redundancy based on the IEC 61850 GOOSE protocol.It achieves functions such as power supply switching between mains and diesel generators,bus tie backup automatic switching,and load intelligent switching.Compared to traditional PLC or independent control devices that achieve automatic switching functions,the application of RSTP network redundancy intelligent switching system based on IEC 61850 GOOSE protocol can greatly reduce the difficulty of design,construction,debugging,and maintenance,and improve the operational reliability of the system by replacing secondary hard wiring with high-speed Ethernet data exchange between digital devices.关键词
