Abstract

Traditional mattress unit production requires a lot of glue and is not environmentally friendly.And the production efficiency of the existing artificial ultrasonic welding no-glue mattressunit is very low.The production technology of ultrasonic welding mattress unit at home and abroad is analyzed,and a new welding method is proposed,that is,two sets of welders are switched to the outside of the spring string alternately for welding,which overcomes the defect caused by the repeated insertion of one set of welders into the spring string in the existing technology.According to the above,two design schemes of ultrasonic welding combined mattress unit equipment are proposed,and prototypes are made respectively.The test results show that the production efficiency of scheme 1 is 10 sheets per hour,and the production efficiency of scheme 2 is 15 sheets per hour,and the welding strength is uneven.This problem is effectively solved by improving the welding head assembly in scheme 2.The conclusion is that both schemes have good practicability and can save cost for enterprises.Compared with the existing ultrasonic welding mattress unit technology,the equipment in scheme 2 can improve the production efficiency and quality of the no-glue mattressunit.
