Abstract

Compared with the cat claw support structure,the elastic plate support structure of steam turbines has the advantages of small size and light weight,and is widely used in small steam turbines.In order to analyze the anti swing ability of elastic plate support structure steam turbines under external loads,a finite element analysis model is established to analyze the problem of unit swing and forced interruption of impulse starting caused by unreasonable on-site pipeline layout,the on-site problem is analyzed using the ANSYS Workbench platform.By comparing the analysis results with actual on-site measurement data,the correctness of the finite element model is verified.The method of adding triangular plates to support both sides of the chassis effectively improves the swing situation of the unit,reducing the left deviation of the tail from 0.145 mm to 0.005 mm.The thermal temperature field of the steam turbine is analyzed using the third type of boundary condition,and the tail deviation under thermal conditions is predicted.Based on the analysis results,the chassis part connected to the rear connecting plate of the steam turbine is strengthened.After strengthening,all indicators of the unit are normal and smoothly started.The results show that for small steam turbines with elastic plate support structure,the chassis area connected to the rear connecting plate is an important part that determines the anti swing ability of the steam turbine,adding triangular plate support on both sides of this part can significantly improve the anti swing ability of the steam turbine unit.
