Abstract
The design service life of the large advanced pressurized water reactor of the third generation nuclear power plant is 60 years.Affected by nuclear irradiation,the supporting equipment of pressurized water reactor cannot be replaced at any time.The supporting cables and components of pressurized water reactor need to meet the requirements of long service life,good radiation resistance,good sealing performance,and ability to work under abnormal conditions.However,most of the existing cables and connectors have certain limitations in material and structure.According to the working requirements of nuclear power environment and the shortcomings of existing connectors,the design of supporting cables and their connecting components is carried out,mainly including that phenyl silicone rubber material is selected as the sealing inner sheath material of cable assembly and connector sealing material,polyetheretherketone is selected as insulation material,the sealing structure design of connector plug and socket is carried out,the design of cable termination and sealing structure of connector and cable is carried out,the docking and anti-loosening structure design of connector plug and socket is carried out.And the tests of mechanical life,high temperature,vibration,sealing,abnormal environment,radiation aging and thermal aging is carried out on the designed connectors and supporting cables.The test results show that the designed components can meet the working requirements of nuclear power environment.关键词
