MD-W5040水下推进器外转子电机设计与分析
Design and Analysis of Outer Rotor Motor for W5040 Underwater Propulsion

Abstract
A 12 slot,14 pole,250 W MD-W5040 external rotor DC permanent magnet motor is designed to meet the performance requirements of underwater thruster motors,and its structural characteristics are analyzed.Then,a motor model is established in Maxwell2D,and the magnetic field density,output torque,load loss,etc.of the motor are calculated after preprocessing.Furthermore,the loss is used as a heat source in the Fluent module of Ansys Workbench to calculate the temperature of the motor under steady-state load,verifying the rationality of the motor design.Finally,the physical prototype of the trial produced motor is tested and analyzed.The results show that at rated voltage and current,the motor speed is 3 000 r/min,the output power is 258 W,the torque is 0.8 N·m,and the efficiency is 78.8%,meeting the performance requirements of underwater thrusters for driving motors.At present,the motor has achieved mass production.关键词
