Study on Reliability Evaluation System of Hospital Distribution Network with Distributed Energy
随着节能降耗相关政策和标准的不断推进,大型公立医院内新建的光伏发电项目也逐渐增多,提前对其做好可靠性评估及相应的应对有利于提升医院的用电安全.分布式能源并网后,改变了配电网传统的供电模式,给供电可靠性等带来深刻影响.对此,首先从网架结构、设备和线路故障、管理以及外界环境方面归纳了配电网可靠性影响因素;其次,综合考虑负荷点供电可靠性和系统供电可靠性两个维度,提出了含分布式能源配电网可靠性评估体系,形成较为全面、科学的评价体系;再次,在提出网络简化模…查看全部>>
