摘要

Abstract

With the continuous advancement of policies and standards related to energy conservation and consumption reduction,the number of newly built photovoltaic power generation projects in large public hospitals is also increasing.Reliability assessment and corresponding countermeasures in advance are conducive to improving the safety of electricity consumption in hospitals.After the connection of distributed energy to the grid,it changes the traditional power supply mode of the distribution network and brings profound influence on the reliability of power supply.To this problem,the influencing factors of distribution network reliability are summarized from the aspects of grid structure,equipment and line fault,management and external environment.Secondly,a reliability evaluation system including distributed energy distribution network is proposed based on the two dimensions of load point reliability and system reliability,so as to form a more comprehensive and scientific evaluation system.Thirdly,after the network simplification model and facility outage model are proposed,the reliability evaluation method and process of distributed energy distribution network are further proposed,which has good operability.Finally,the application effect of the proposed method is demonstrated with an example.The method proposed can provide an important reference for hospital site selection and hospital power safety risk prevention and control ability and reliability level.
