摘要
Abstract
Condyloma acuminatum,a sexually transmitted disease caused by human papillomavirus infection which main manifestation is anogenital hyperplasia,makes a great impact on the life quality and physical and mental health of patients.In the study of condyloma acuminatum,it is important to build in vivo and in vitro models of condyloma acuminatum,but the classification current model is not clear,which limits the development of related research.This paper summarized the research progress of HPV-related disease animal model and Three-dimensional cell culture model,providing interested researchers relevant theoretical basis for constructing a model of condyloma acuminatum.关键词
