INCONEL625-KN680复合涂层的性能研究

摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the problem that the heating surface of waste incineration boiler is easy to be ox-idized at high temperature and corroded by chlorine,sulfur,vanadium and molten salt,the IN-CONEL625-KN680 composite coating with metal and ceramic properties was successfully prepared on the surface of the boiler matrix by supersonic flame spraying technology and airless spraying tech-nology.The microstructure of the composite coating was characterized.The bonding strength,sur-face hardness,wear resistance at normal temperature and high temperature,corrosion properties of molten salt at high temperature and friction coefficient of the composite coating were tested and ana-lyzed.The results show that the binding strength of the composite coating is 65 MPa,the surface hardness is 73.4HR15N,the erosion resistance of the composite coating is 7~8 times that of the boiler substrate,and the high temperature wear resistance of the composite coating is increased by 10%~20%compared with that of the boiler substrate.All the performance indexes are obviously better than that of the boiler substrate,and the service life of the boiler is greatly improved.关键词
