基于灰色关联度分析法对圆坑织构摩擦副摩擦性能的多目标优化
Multi-objective Optimization Using Grey Relational Analysis for Tribological Properties of Friction Pairswith Round Pit Surface Textures
摘要
Abstract
In order to comprehensively considering the wear and friction coefficient of friction pairs with round pit surface textures optimization,carrying out to understand tribological properties of fric-tion pairs with round pit surface textures.The effects of diameter,distance and depth of micro-tex-ture to pin and disc wear and friction coefficient were investigated.Then,responses were used alone in optimization study as an objective function.Taguchi's signal to noise ratio was used.The effect of control factors on responses was determined by analysis of variance.Finally,responses were opti-mized simultaneously using grey relational analysis,it could be concluded that diameter was domi-nant parameter that affect multi-objective optimization of pin and disc wear and friction coefficient by 89.58%.关键词
