推进江西省林业碳汇项目的问题与对策
Problems and Countermeasures in Promoting Forestry Carbon Sink Projects in Jiangxi Province
摘要
Abstract
Jiangxi province is rich in forestry carbon sink resources.How to transform the advantages of forestry resources into economic development momentum is a new challenge that Jiangxi province's forestry development needs to address in the context of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality in the new era.Promoting forestry carbon sink projects is of great significance nce for creating a beautiful China's"Jiangxi Model"and realizing the ecological value of forestry resources.Through on-site research in Wannian county,Ji'an county,Wuyuan county,Nanfeng county,Wuning county,and other counties in Jiangxi Province,it was found that there are problems with the development of forestry carbon sink projects in Jiangxi province,such as weak development awareness,incomplete ecological value transformation mechanism,inadequate resource matching,and insuffiicient market-oriented trading vitality.It is recommended to enhance development awareness,advance layout,and strive for initiative;actively promote the value conversion of carbon sink resources and ensure beneficial rights;strengthen policy and talent support to gain discourse power;explore co construction,sharing,and governance,innovate and develop inclusive markets,and promote the development of forestry carbon sink projects to help achieve the"dual carbon"goals.关键词
