摘要

Abstract

In order to fully clarify the internal relationship between environmental pollutant treatment and greenhouse gas emission reduction,the synergistic relationship between the four pollution reduction paths of gas,water,soil and solid waste treatment and the carbon reduction effect were analyzed one by one,and the synergistic countermeasures were put forward in combination with relevant policies and measures.The results show that the environmental field is the main battlefield of the synergistic effect of pollution reduction and carbon reduction,and there is a strong positive synergistic relationship between the two,but the relationship between pollution reduction and carbon reduction based on the circulation of materials is very complex,and exerting a certain role in actual production and life may produce a chain reaction.It is suggested that some key industries,enterprises and regions should be carried out first,and experience should be summarized in time.Improve the system operation mechanism.Therefore,it is necessary to adhere to the organic unity of pollution reduction and carbon reduction goals,and to firmly innovate ideas,science and technology,and mechanisms to ensure that the"Beautiful China"and"Double Carbon"goals are achieved on schedule.
