High-quality Development Path of Hydrogen Energy Industry in Guangdong Province
摘要
Abstract
In order to promote the high-quality development of hydrogen energy industry in Guangdong province and build a green and low-carbon industrial system,based on the current situation of hydrogen energy industry in China and Guangdong province,the paper analyzes diffiiculties in the development of hydrogen energy industry in Guangdong province,such as policies,technologies,industries and standards,and puts forward the path of high-quality development of hydrogen energy industry in Guangdong province.The results show that China has initially formed a complete industrial chain in hydrogen energy preparation,storage and transportation,filling and application,and industrial enterprises above designated scale in the hydrogen energy industry are mainly distributed in the Yangtze River Delta,Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The policy guidance of hydrogen energy industry in Guangdong province has achieved initial results,and industrial agglomeration has begun to take shape.In the hydrogen energy industry chain,a diversified hydrogen source supply system has been gradually established,the construction of hydrogen storage and transportation networks and hydrogenation infrastructure has been continuously improved,and hydrogen energy application scenarios have been continuously enriched.The construction of hydrogen energy innovation platform has been steadily advanced.However,at present,the hydrogen energy policy system and key core technologies in Guangdong province still need to be further improved.At the same time,due to the high cost of hydrogen source,immature storage and transportation technology,and small industrial scale,there is insufficient impetus for the promotion of hydrogen energy industry.Standards for hydrogen and fuel cells also need to be established.Therefore,it is suggested to improve the hydrogen energy industry development policy system.Focus on major bottlenecks and key issues in the development of hydrogen energy industry,and strive to break through large-scale hydrogen production technologies such as seawater in-situ hydrogen production,PEM hydrogen production,SOEC hydrogen production,high pressure gas hydrogen storage,and domestic design and manufacturing technologies such as 70 MPa hydrogen gun equipment.Build a hydrogen energy supply system with offshore wind power and other renewable energy sources as the main source of hydrogen production,and promote the establishment of a supply chain and industrial system integrating green hydrogen production,storage,transportation,processing and use.Establish a standard system for the hydrogen energy industry and improve the hydrogen energy industry management system.This will promote the high-quality development of Guangdong's hydrogen energy industry,and make Guangdong's efforts and contributions to the construction of a clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient energy system.关键词
