摘要

Abstract

It has been carried out Computerized Tomography method to measure the internal defects and concrete strength of reinforced concrete frame column.and the strength of column concrete is detected by rebound and coring methods to test the adaptation and accuracy of tomography technology in inferring concrete strength.Research shows that:1)It can make sound wave velocity at any point on the component cross-section by tomography technology,and accurately lock the location,scope,and proportion of quality defects by analyzing changes in wave velocity.It cannot put quality defects as an evaluation standard for the bearing capacity of components because the determined quality defect belongs to a relative quality defect,and there must be carried out some methods such as concrete rebound and load testing to further test its bearing capacity.2)The inferred concrete strength value based on average wave velocity is about 65%-70%of concrete rebound detection value,and 80%-85%of the core detection value,and it is safe for the inferred concrete strength value is lower than the measured value.It is the average strength of cross-section concrete,which has important reference value.3)Although tomography technology has obvious advantages in detecting internal defects in components,it is only suitable for qualitative analysis,and when it is used to estimate the strength of concrete,the accuracy is poor,it is recommended to use other methods such as combined rebound.
