摘要

Abstract

The motor speed control ability of the high-speed stamping hydraulic press is poor,which makes the hydraulic press unable to achieve steady-state operation in a short time,resulting in the prob-lem of poor operation stability of the high-speed stamping hydraulic press.A servo control method of the high-speed stamping hydraulic press based on differential feedforward is proposed.Using the transfer function,the mathematical model of the motor of the high-speed stamping hydraulic press is constructed.The digital model was imported into MATLAB software,and the MT method was used to extract the mo-tor speed parameters of the high-speed stamping hydraulic press.Using the differential feedforward tech-nology,the motor servo controller is constructed to realize the control of the high-speed stamping hydrau-lic press.An experimental link is constructed to analyze the application effect of this method.The experi-mental results show that this method can realize the control of the motor speed of the high-speed stam-ping hydraulic press in various environments and achieve the steady-state operation of the high-speed stamping hydraulic press in the shortest time.
