Parametric Simulation and Transmission Error Analysis of RV Reducer
摘要
Abstract
With the transmission system of a RV reducer as the research object,integrets Creo,ANSYS and RecurDyn software systems to establish the dynamic model of the transmission system by parametric modeling method.The dynamic models under different parameters are simulated.Aimed at the wear of involute center wheel and planetary gear,the change law of fit clearance of involute spline,the friction and lubrication state of tooth pair and other influencing factors,the transmission error influence on RV transmission device is simulated,abtaining the influence law of each influencing factor on the transmission accuracy.关键词
