摘要

Abstract

The working environment of aero-engine blade is relatively strict,but the reasonable application of surface treatment technology can improve the damage resistance and fatigue performance of the blade without changing the blade material.Based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA and LS-PREPOST finite element software,the numerical simulation of laser shock strengthening titanium alloy materials was carried out.The effect of laser shock hardening on titanium alloy was discussed by comparing the distribution of residual stress and the change of surface morphology.The results show that laser shock strengthening can reduce the plastic strain and residual stress,achieving reinforcement goals.
