Abstract
To upgrade the clutch control performance,the clutch speed tracking control technology of automated manual transmission vehicle in low-speed cruise was studied.Based on the dynamic characteristics of the AMT vehicle powertrain,the mathematical models of the powertrain and vehicle motion were constructed.The AMT transmission system was simplified,the clutch control requirements in low-speed cruise were proposed,and a three-step controller was designed.By the Lyapunov function,the robustness of the control algorithm was analyzed,and the real vehicle test was conducted to verify the proposed method.The test results show that compared with the PID control method,the three-step control strategy has better tracking and control effects,shorter response time,less tracking errors and lower delay effect in AMT low-speed cruise regardless of step speed change,sinusoidal speed change or random speed change,flat track tracking or ramp tracking.关键词
