摘要

Abstract

Introduces the innovative principle of the double suction(DS)structure of a reciprocating compressor and its innovative solution applied to the refrigerators system.Firstly,a DS compressor structure with reciprocating piston controlled the opening and closing of the second suction port was innovatively designed.The working principle and characteristics of the compressor were detailed,as well as its application in a new refrigerator system with a gas-liquid separator.Secondly,theoretical analyzed the refrigeration performance of DS compressor and new refrigeration systems,such as refrigeration capacity,consumption power,and COP.Finally,the refrigerator performance was calculated using refrigeration system simulation software,such as the matching operation rules of the system and the performance improvement of DS refrigerator.The results show that the refrigeration capacity and COP of the new DS refrigerator have significantly improved,with the maximum being 16.1%and 8.2%,respectively.This means that the power consumption of refrigerator can be significantly reduced.In the future,the DS technology can provide system solutions of the super-efficient refrigerators for refrigerator manufacturers.
