Abstract
The air conditioning outlet grille is mainly used to protect the safety of users and cannot have a significant impact on the performance of the air conditioning.However,under heating conditions,the grid ribs will expand due to heat,causing the ribs to bend and deform,seriously affecting the appearance of the air conditioner,and also creating safety hazards.In response to this issue,a mathematical model of the grid under heating conditions was established,and the stability of the grid was analyzed.At the same time,various solutions to deformation problems were compared and analyzed,and the optimal solution was finally given.A universal formula for designing the grid was proposed.To verify the feasibility of the scheme,hand board experiments were conducted,and noise and air output were tested and compared.The results showed that the scheme is not only economical,but also can effectively solve the problem of grid deformation without affecting the performance of noise and air volume.关键词
