Abstract
The traditional axial flow fan for outdoor air conditioning units uses reinforced AS materials,which have the disadvantages of high density,high cost,and brittle and easily damaged materials.Takes the axial flow fan of outdoor units as the research object,and verifies the feasibility of lightweight and high stiffness PP material on the outdoor unit of air conditioning from the aspects of material mechanical properties,fan monomer performance,outdoor unit noise,air volume,etc.The results show that using lightweight and high stiffness PP material instead of reinforced AS material can reduce the weight of the axial flow fan by about 9.8%,and the performance indicators of the fan monomer and the entire machine meet the requirements of mass production.关键词
