摘要

Abstract

The reasonable arrangement and addition of the annular suction plate on the range hood can improve the smoking effect.In order to study its impact on the internal and external flow fields,adding a annular suction plate to the air inlet of a range hood,the range hood is analyzed and optimized using CFD method for different annular suction plate sizes,different plate air inlet gap.Comparison between results of the calculation and experiment shows that the simulation model is credible.By comparing and analyzing the simulated 9 sets of data,it can be found that the annular suction plate has an influence on the internal flow of the fan,which has an influence on the fan flow rate,and has an influence on the fan efficiency,and also affects the flow state around the plate.Therefore,according to the flow field and the effect of the range hood,the suitable size range of the annular suction plate for the range hood can be determined.
