高温下装配式新型球柱节点受弯性能研究
Research on the Bending Behavior of Fabricated New-Type Ball-Cylinder Joint at High Temperature

Abstract
The high temperature performance of joints is closely related to the fire safety issues of spatial structures.A reliable numerical model based on non-linear finite element software ABAQUS was established to investigate the flexural bearing performance of fabricated new-type ball-cylinder joints at high temperatures.In the study,the effects of temperature,component geometric dimensions,and load types were considered.Through failure mode and mechanism analysis,a stress analysis model was established,and a formula for the bending bearing capacity of fabricated new-type ball-cylinder joint at high temperatures was derived.The results show that:(1)With the increase of temperature,the bending bearing capacity of fabricated new-type ball-cylinder joints decreases to varying degrees,and there are significant differences in the failure modes and bearing capacity calculation methods of the joints under positive and negative bending moments;(2)The calculation formula for prefabricated new-type ball-cylinder joints is able to effectively assess the high temperature capacity of the joints,which can meet the needs of the project.关键词
