摘要

Abstract

Four steel-SFRC composite bridge deck specimens were designed and manufactured.The failure mode,stiffness,internal force distribution and ductility of each specimen were tested by four-point bending test.The effects of reinforcement ratio,volume ratio of steel fiber and reinforcement with embedding CFRP bars on the flexural performance of steel-SFRC composite bridge decks in the negative bending moment region of composite bridge were studied.The results show that the cracking load,yield load and stiffness of the specimens can be improved by increasing the reinforcement ratio,while there is less effect on the ultimate load.The expansion of concrete cracks can be restrained by increasing the volume ratio of steel fiber,thus the initial stiffness can be improved by about 8.5%.With the method of embedding CFRP bars,the strain of section can be reduced effectively and the plasticity of specimens develops more completely,thus the final failure mode of reinforced specimens is that obvious buckling failure.Meanwhile,the strains of composite bridge decks satisfy the assumption of plane section,as well as the ductility of the specimens can be improved by more than 27%.
