Abstract
In order to implement the Several Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Further Strengthening the Management of Urban Planning and Construction(February 6,2016),the Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Promoting the Sustainable and Healthy Development of the Construction Industry(General Office of the State Council of the People's Republic of China[2017]No.19),and the Management Measures for the Construction of Provincial Non operating Projects Invested by the Guangdong Provincial Government(Government of Guangdong Province[2022]No.12),vigorously promote the general contracting construction model of engineering,and drive the high-quality development of engineering general contracting in Guangdong Province,Guangdong Architectural Design and Research Institute Co.,Ltd.established a special research group on the development of engineering general contracting business in the housing construction and municipal public engineering industries in 2022.In the first half of 2022,it conducted research on survey and design enterprises carrying out engineering general contracting business both inside and outside Guangdong Province,and reported relevant data and development situation based on the first half of 2022.Through in-depth research to understand the current development status of the industry,the research team further explored the high-quality development of engineering general contracting business for survey and design enterprises.Although the research was completed in the first half of 2022,the completion of this report coincided with the convening of the Guangdong Provincial High-Quality Development Conference.This research work actively responded to the call of the Guangdong Provincial High-Quality Development Conference to"promote the trend of investigation and research,be good at dissecting sparrows,and summarize experience".关键词
