Abstract
Currently,no standardized pricing mode or mechanism has been formed for whole-process engineering consulting.This is one of the key limitations on promotion and application of whole-process engineering consulting.In this article,the relationship between conventional phased consulting pricing and whole-process engineering consulting pricing was analyzed.On this basis,we further probe into logic drawbacks of the typical practice conducted by local competent administrative departments of the industry.It is eventually pointed out thata pricing mechanism oriented by value delivery during whole-process consulting should be established;and this mechanism should principally depend on values instead of specific services.关键词
