Analysis of Difficulties in Cost Control of Engineering Projects for the EPC Mode
摘要
Abstract
The EPC general contracting model in China started relatively late and although it has developed rapidly,many problems inevitably arise during the development process.In the current construction market environment in China,it is difficult to leverage the dominant advantage of the EPC model,leading to frequent cost loss issues.The article systematically analyzes the obstacles encountered in cost control from three perspectives:the special construction environment in China,the general contractor in the form of a consortium,and the management mode of the owner,and proposes targeted improvement suggestions,in order to provide reference for cost control of EPC projects.关键词
