Abstract
In recent years,with the increasing investment of foreign enterprises in China,more research and development center projects have been established,bringing more opportunities and challenges to domestic engineering design units.The article takes the engineering design case of a multinational chemical enterprise R&D platform project as an example,analyzes the characteristics and difficulties of foreign R&D platform projects from the perspectives of management coordination and engineering technology,and explores how traditional domestic engineering design units can grasp project characteristics,accurately formulate countermeasures,and apply them to future project practices in similar design projects.关键词
