How STI Policy Tools Affect Innovation Performance:A fsQCA Analysis Based on Guangzhou
以广州市 11 个区的数据为样本,基于政策工具理论视角,运用模糊集定性比较分析法,从供给型、需求型、环境型3 个维度共选取了 5 项指标作为条件变量,选取技术合同成交额作为结果变量,对科技创新政策工具对创新绩效的影响进行实证研究.研究发现,广州市存在财政支持与需求驱动型、环境与创新基础设施驱动型、均衡发展型 3 条导致高创新绩效的政策工具组态,同时,存在整体资源匮乏型、资金输入不足型、财政支持缺位型 3 条导致非高创新绩效的政策工具组态.据此,结…查看全部>>
