突发公共事件下用户信息源选择多样性影响因素研究
Research on Influencing Factors of User Information Source Selection Diversity Under Public Emergencies
摘要
Abstract
Clarifying the factors that influence the diversity of user information source selection during public emergencies is essential for optimizing information selection strategies and enhancing the accuracy of information services.This paper proposes hypothesis grounded on the theory of information source selection diversity,through a questionnaire survey,371 valid responses are collected,and the data are organized and analyzed to validate the hypothesis by using the Structural Equation Model(SEM)method.The findings reveal that risk perception,perceived information quality,information acquisition intention,and previous experience significantly and positively impact the diversity of information source choice.关键词
