新文科建设背景下高校智库赋能MPA人才培养路径研究
The Path of Energizing University Think Tanks to Empower the Training of MPA Talents Against the Backdrop of New Liberal Arts Construction

Abstract
Adapting to emerging demands of development in the new era,new liberal arts is committed to establishing a new curriculum system and talent training model that are cross-border,cross-disciplinary and integrated.In that case,the construction of university think tanks intrinsically can play a role in empowering the training of Master of Public Administration(MPA)Talents.Hindered by factors such as stereotyped thinking and incomplete empowering mechanism,this empowerment faces challenges in improving resource sharing mechanism,connecting mechanism,curriculum system reconstruction and better integrated faculty.Against the backdrop of new liberal arts construction,it is urgent to improve and optimize this empowerment.Therefore,it is suggested to develop a resource sharing mechanism,a better-improved platform,a new curriculum system and a well-integrated faculty.关键词
