摘要
Abstract
The inflow and outflow of talents from countries along the"the Belt and Road"are important factors that bring about knowledge exchange and integration and promote international exchanges and cooperation.This two-way flow of talents has the characteristics of constant change over time,while only focusing on the inflow or outflow of talents at a certain point in time cannot capture its dynamic law,which needs to be characterized by a function.This paper applies the functional cluster analysis method to the continuous observation data of international talent flow from 1981 to 2020,aiming to study the clustering situation of different countries under the dimensions of international talent inflow and talent outflow,and on this basis,study and judge the cooperation relations between countries,with a view to providing reference for the government and relevant departments.关键词
