光动力金属有机框架PCN对粪肠球菌杀灭效果的体外研究
Effect of photodynamic metal-organic framework PCN on Enterococcus faecalis in vitro

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of photodynamic metal-organic framework PCN in killing Enterococ-cus faecalis in vitro.Methods:PCN was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and full-wavelength enzymo-graph.The biosafety of PCN was verified by cell viability assay.The antibacterial properties of PCN in vitro were verified by gradient dilution counting.Results:PCN nanoparticles have strong ability of generating active oxygen and good biosafety.In vitro experiments showed that the concentration of 50 μg/mL could completely kill Enterococcus faecalis at the order of 108 CFU/mL,which had excellent antibacterial properties in vitro.Conclusion:This study verified the efficacy of photody-namic metal-organic framework PCN in killing Enterococcus faecalis,providing a new way for clinical root canal infection control.关键词
