iRoot BP Plus不同充填方式对根尖手术中根管封闭性能影响的体外研究
In vitro study of the effect of different filling methods of iRoot BP Plus on the sealing performance of root canal during apical surgery

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of different filling methods of iRoot BP Plus on the sealing performance of root canal during apical surgery in vitro.Methods:Sixty freshly extracted mandibular first premolars meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into three groups A,B and C with 20 teeth in each group.Group A underwent apicectomy after iRoot BP Plus positive filling,group B underwent apicectomy and iRoot BP Plus backfilling after conventional root canal ther-apy,and group C underwent apicectomy after conventional root canal therapy without root canal backfilling.The sealing prop-erty of the root canal of the three groups was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by dye leakage method.The adhesion and structural characteristics of the interface between the material and the root canal were observed by scanning electron mi-croscopy.Results:The three groups all had different degrees of dye penetration,and the average length of dye penetration was different(P<0.05).The average length of dye penetration in groups A and B was shorter than that in group C(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the average length of dye penetration in groups A and B(P>0.05).Scanning electron microscopy showed that iRoot BP Plus and dentin in groups A and B binded tightly and there were obvious cracks in group C.Conclusion:Both iRoot BP Plus materials with apicectomy after positive filling and iRoot BP Plus backfilling after conven-tional root canal treatment can be closely combined with dentin,and the apicectomy effect of both materials is similar.There-fore,apicectomy after iRoot BP Plus positive filling has certain clinical application value.关键词
