局部数字化印模应用于单颗磨牙种植修复中的临床研究
Clinical study of partial digital impression applied in implant supported single crown on molar

Abstract
Objective:To compare the difference of implant restorations made by partial intraoral scanning digital im-pressions and conventional impressions.Methods:Eighty-six patients requiring first molar implant restoration from June 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into 2 groups according to the mode of impression taking.Implant impressions were made using the partial intraoral scanning digital impression technique(group A)and the traditional silicone rubber impression technique(group B),respectively,from which the zirconia all-ceramic restorations were fabricated.Impression time and ad-justing time in the clinic were recorded and Geomagic software were used to calculate the amount of restorations adjustment.Patient's satisfaction was also investigated using the visual analogue scale(VAS).Results:There was statistically significant difference in the clinical adjusting time between the 2 groups of impressions(P<0.05).The marginal fit of the restorations in group A was significantly better than in group B(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the amount of occlusal surface sharpening in group A compared with group B(P<0.05).The patients'preference for digital impressions(group A)were higher,while the VAS scores of satisfaction with the restorations in the 2 groups were not statistically differ-ent.Conclusion:In the fabrication of single crowns of post-implant teeth,the use of local intraoral scanning digital impression technology not only saves clinical operation time and produces more accurate restorations with higher patient satisfaction than traditional impressions,but also achieves similar accuracy as traditional silicone rubber impressions.关键词
