摘要

Abstract

In order to explore under dry-wet cycle mechanism the erosion and impact of the cycle number and the sulfate ion concentration on mortar structure,herein under the same cycle period,four settings of cycle time(0,2,10 and 18)and two settings of sulfate ion concentration(800 mg/L and 6000 mg/L)were taken as the contrast groups to observe with scanning electron the micro-morphology of mortar cement hydrated product and the internal structure and morphology of mortar.The results show that,uneroded mortar is not dense inside with tiny cracks existed,giving starting condition to intrusion of sulfate ions;however,as the number of dry-wet cycle increases,the interior of mortar is gradually eroded,those original tiny cracks gradually expand and extend,eventually penetrate each other,causing serious damages to the mortar;when the number of dry-wet cycle is consistent,the higher the concentration of sulfate ions,the greater the degree and scope of mortar erosion with larger width and amount of cracks.
