摘要

Abstract

The initial pavement roughness has a significant impact on road service life and maintenance cost.3D intelligent paving control system may implement high-precision paving by use of advanced ground measurement technology,data processing method,automatic control strategy,and real-time data analysis,and improve road usability,durability and driving comfortability.Thus it becomes popular gradually in road construction,but the high cost on R & D,production and maintenance restrict its spreading in China.In order to solve this problem,herein an intelligent paving control system based on planar laser technique was proposed,which adopts planar laser with adaptive tracking function instead of laser zone.The result of application in actual engineering shows that the intelligent paving control system based on planar laser may accurately control the height and angle of paver,and ensure the thickness,slope and roughness of road to meet the construction standard.
