Exploring the Talent Cultivation of the Industry and Education Integration Community
摘要
Abstract
Taking the assessment of talent cultivation impact as the starting point,the paper analyzes the impact of the community on employment rate,career development,professional ability,innovation and entrepreneurship ability,and problem-solving ability.It also explores the challenges in the development of the community,such as balance of interests,participation of teachers and students,educational innovation and practical environment,and interdisciplinary and cross-border cooperation.To address these challenges,it proposes strategies and suggestions,including establishing clear goals and frameworks,strengthening communication,providing support and resources,encouraging innovation and practice,and establishing management and assessment mechanisms.By fully giving play to the advantages of the community and overcoming challenges,the community education mode will provide powerful support for the innovation and improvement of talent cultivation.关键词
