摘要
Abstract
Liaoning Vocational College of Ecological Engineering has established an industrial college with enterprises to effectively train applied talents.The industrial college follows the goal of high-quality development,relies on the construction of talent training system,promotes the docking and dynamic matching of talent training and enterprise needs,and forms a school-enterprise collaborative education cooperation community.Guided by the needs of cooperative enterprises,the industrial college closely connects with the industrial chain layout,gives full play to the important role of enterprises in the training of technical talents,and creates an industrial ecological chain that adapts to the laws of education and teaching.关键词
