高职院校学生职业精神培育的困境与对策
The Dilemma and Countermeasures of Vocational Spirit Cultivation of Students in Higher Vocational Colleges
摘要
Abstract
Through the in-depth analysis of the dilemma of vocational spirit cultivation and practice in higher vocational colleges,the paper summarizes the problems among students,including the vague career planning and inaccurate career orientation,the weak will and character,lazy thoughts occupying a high position;the lack of teamwork ability and interpersonal skills;the lack of spirit of cherishing posts and devoting wholeheartedly to work,and the weak awareness of both morality and technical training.This paper comes up with the necessity and importance of vocational spirit cultivation from the analysis of the dilemma in vocational spirit cultivation and practical difficulties of students in higher vocational colleges,and proposes corresponding countermeasures to cultivate the reliable builders to serve the country and the economic and social development.关键词
