野蔷薇花瓣转录组分析
Transcriptome Analysis and Differential Gene Screening at Different Opening Stages of Rose multiflora Thunb.Petals

Abstract
This experiment aimed to investigate the gene expression related to petal expansion during the open-ing of Rose multiflora petals.To achieve this,RNA-seq analysis was performed on petals at various stages of o-pening.The results of this study provide basis for further exploration of the transcriptional regulation of Rose multiflora petal development.The results indicated that:The transcriptome analysis resulted in the assembly of 52 865 Unigenes.These were functionally annotated by comparing them to the NR database,and were found to match with various species.The top three species that matched were Fragaria vesca subsp.vesca(36.17%),Oryza sativa Japonica(13.65%),and Gossypium hirsutum(4.04%).A total of 642 902 and 1 899 differential genes were identified in the three stages of petal opening(FB_CPvsFB_GP,FB_YPvsFB_CP,OF_WPvsFB_YP).By analyzing the expression of genes related to petal expansion at different flowering stages.These genes may be influenced by EXP,XTH gene family,XYL,and CES genes related to cell wall synthesis,modification,and hydrolysis.关键词
