Abstract
Talents are the key to promoting rural revitalization.The construction of rural talent team is the ba-sis of rural revitalization.Therefore,to implement the strategy of rural revitalization,the talent bottleneck must be broken.At this stage,the rural population loss is serious,the age structure is out of balance,and the level of education of the population is low,which seriously restricts the development of the rural economy.In this paper,we analyzed the current situation of the rural population,and focused on ways to strengthen the con-struction of the rural talent team,hoping to provide strong intellectual resource and manpower repertory for ru-ral revitalization.关键词
