基于铜死亡相关基因的胶质瘤预后模型构建OA
Construction of prognosis model for glioma based oncuproptosis related genes
目的 基于铜死亡相关基因构建胶质瘤患者的预后模型.方法 从GTEx数据库下载正常脑组织转录组表达谱数据,从TCGA和GEO数据库下载胶质瘤患者的转录组表达谱和相应的临床数据,对12个铜死亡相关基因(CRGs)进行差异分析和预后分析.首先,根据预后相关CRGs的表达谱,利用一致性聚类算法对胶质瘤样本进行铜死亡分型,获得分型间预后相关的差异表达基因.接着,利用Lasso Cox回归分析构建预后风险评分模型并通过ROC曲线评估模型的预测性能.最后,构建…查看全部>>
